GC Level Team Draw with Camerton

The GC Level team, playing their first match of the season, entertained Camerton & Peasedown, who had already won their first two matches, on 13 June. The lawns were running fast, having been cut that morning. The competition all day was friendly and even. At lunch the score was 6-6, and the theme continued in the afternoon with a final score of 10-10.
Ian Morrison had a very good day winning all four of his singles matches, with none of his opponents getting above 3 hoops. The remainder of the team were Paul Francis, Pete Miles, Bob Hart and Philip de Glanville. The teams next match is at home to Bristol on 24th June.
