GC Handicap Team entertain Camerton & Peasedown

In their second league match the Handicap team were at home to Camerton & Peasedown. C & P had a couple of lower handicap players in their team and the Bath team got to practice their use of extra turns. At lunch the score was 4—4 with all to play for in the afternoon. The home team took a lead over the next two rounds of singles but C & P fought back to level the match 10-10 in the last round. The Bath team was Sue Andrew, Anwen Owens, Lyndon Hughes, Clare Fletcher, Ally Hoyland and David Veal.
