Donovan Finally Wins Millennium Cup

Bath Croquet Club held their highly successful Millennium Cup for the 7th year in a row, and again attracted a full field of 16 players. The two day event took place over the weekend of 1st and 2nd July 2006.
The magnificent trophy was this year won by Chris Donovan of the High Wycombe club. For Donovan it was 4th time lucky having taken part in the competition every year since 2003. He defeated Nigel Parkins of the Parkstone club by 10 points in the final.
The Millennium Cup was present to Donovan by Referee of the Tournament Bob Whitaker, and the competition was managed by Daniel Mills.
