Federation Team off to Cornwall

Bath’s Federation team secured a semi final place on August 9th. In a close decider to play Cornwall in the semi finals of the South West Federation Championship, Bath won away at Taunton 4-3. After the morning games Bath were 2-1 down to their hosts. However convincing wins by Paul Francis and Folke Pope set up an exciting finish. Richard Stopforth kept his nerve in a tense finish to earn Bath the narrowest of victories. The team travels to Cornwall on September 13 for the semi final.
