Bath GC 5+ Level team beat Bristol
A rewarding home win was enjoyed by Bath Croquet’s GC 5+ Level Play team last Thursday 11th July when this season’s new Captain Sally Helvey and team mates David Veal, Neil Pinker, Ally Hoyland and Sue Duncan achieved an impressive 16-4 result.
As a consequence of the day’s play, two of the Bath team – namely Neil Pinker and Sue Duncan – now have their handicaps reduced to a 4 and a 7 respectively.
With wins against Swindon and Moreton-in-Marsh already under her belt, Sally hopes to finish her debut with a ‘royal flush’ by beating Nailsea and Broadwas in August.
So far so good. Well done to all.
