Bath record impressive win in National Tournament

Bath’s Longman Cup team secured a 6 – 1 victory against their visitors from Ealing. A 4 -0 return in the afternoon’s singles was the cornerstone of this emphatic margin and was adequate consolation for the defeat against Ealing in last year’s competition. Philip de Glanville impressed with two convincing wins whilst Hester Henebury and Margaret Murray combined to win their morning doubles and also both won their singles games. Paul Francis also won his afternoon game. Bath will Play St. Albans in the next round.
