Hamptworth November Golf Croquet Tournament

Three club members travelled to Hamptworth to play in the clubs November Golf Croquet Tournament. Competitors were drawn from all parts of Southern England as well as one from Geneva, Switzerland. Paul Francis was the highest finisher in third place despite giving away up to eleven free turns in a game, due to his handicap . Tony Curson overcame his first game loss to win all his remaining five matches to finish fifth overall. Ninette Flowerdew also won all her three afternoon games in finishing thirteenth.
